PERSONALITY: They say what they mean and they mean what they say. Bisbee has a sharp tongue and equally sharp wit, though they don't say anything with malicious intent. They are headstrong and very sure of themselves.

Roland and Beatrice balance each other out incredibly well when they form Bisbee. His even-temper balances out her anger and he eases her guilty conscience. She knows when to quit when the going gets too tough and how to joke around. Together they form a better, healthier whole.
